Broad and harmonious, with vegetal notes of artichoke and in lesser intensity tomato and celery, light and balanced bitter-spicy note.

Fresh clean, clean olive fruitiness, rich herbaceous hints in which artichoke dominates and minor notes of almond.

The flavor of this oil is enhanced raw on soups, salads, legumes, bruschetta, pinzimonio etc.
