Our b&b guesthouse near Montalcino was opened in 2000. At first we had only 3 double rooms, then in 2011 we added two more rooms thus reaching 10 beds.
The b&b guesthouse has 3 rooms with double beds and 2 rooms with twin size beds, each with private bathroom, independent heating, satellite TV, free wi-fi connection. Air conditioning is present in all rooms. Each room has different characteristics in style, colors, furnishings.

Three of the b&b rooms are on the ground floor and are accessed through a room where you can have breakfast or sit comfortably and chat on the sofa. The other two b&b rooms are upstairs and share a lovely breakfast room on the ground floor. One of the two upstairs rooms is called "lovely room," and not surprisingly...it is a room with a four-poster bed, strong colors, the atmosphere there, in our opinion, is very intimate and is ideal for a couple in love. Undoubtedly, staying with us will be an unforgettable experience.

The B&B guesthouse has adjacent a large garden equipped with deck chairs, rocking chair, hammock and gazebo where you can relax in peace and quiet. In warm weather, breakfast is served in the garden or under the gazebo. Breakfast is typical, with hot drinks, homemade cakes, croissants, fresh fruit and jams of our own production. If customers come from countries where it is customary to have a different breakfast, we add cold cuts, cheeses etc.
