Since summer 2011, the range of company products has been integrated with the production of homemade jams and jellies. The fruit, all coming from our orchard, is extremely genuine, we take care of its health following a strict protocol of integrated struggle.
It is harvested only when it reaches the maximum degree of ripeness and brought into the laboratory where, after careful selection, it is transformed into jam. This allows us to obtain an optimal product without adding large quantities of sugar as the fruit ripened on the plant contains it in quantity.
The methods used allow us to preserve colors and fragrances without resorting to preservatives or antioxidants. Our jams may vary from one year to another in the assortment, as there are many factors that influence fruit production. In "normal" years we produce peach, apricot, plum, fig, quince jams that are suitable for breakfasts or for making desserts.
Then we have the spicy Sangiovese grape jelly, the pomegranate one, and the white peach jam with rosemary to combine with both fresh and aged cheeses or ricotta.
We believe that they are all "special" because they contain a special ingredient: PASSION! ....
