About us
Our story, the one of Marco and Giuliana, began back in 1983 when we got married and crowned a dream that lasted 5 years. We have formed a close-knit family, we have always worked hard at our work because we both always liked to be able to create something of our own. We started from nothing and bit by bit, even with sacrifice, we first managed to buy the building to renovate that became the B&B and Wine shop.
Later we bought a land of about 10 Ha where it was just a small plot of vineyard. We first built the winery and then later everything else, including our home. While we were doing all this our daughter was growing up and studying. When she finished her studies she decided to stay and work with us, and we must admit that this fills us with pride. This is how we carry on these activities, with the love and dedication of the whole family. We are of the idea that if things are done from the heart they can only succeed.

The b&b guesthouse has 3 rooms with double bed and 2 rooms with single beds, each with private bathroom, independent heating, satellite TV, free wi-fi connection.
The sorroundings
Our b&b near Montalcino is the ideal place to move towards numerous centers of cultural value (Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, San Galgano, San Antimo Abbey...), towards Mount Amiata for naturalistic itineraries, walks in the woods, parks, reserves (Parco Faunistico dell'Amiata - Riserva Naturale del Monte Labbro) or for itineraries from the historical-cultural interest.
From here you can reach in a short time renowned Thermal Centers such as Bagno Vignoni or Terme di Petriolo and in about 40 minutes you can reach the sea: Castiglione della Pescaia, Marina di Grosseto, Follonica, Principina. Or if you want in about 1 hour you go to Porto Santo Stefano and embark for Giglio Island. An hour of navigation to spend an unforgettable day in the most beautiful island of our coast! If you love the countryside this is the ideal place: from here you can experience routes with mountain-bikes or on foot, if you are fond of horseback riding a few kilometers away, along the dirt road that goes towards Castelnuovo Abate, a beautiful riding school, the "Montalcino Equestrian Center" has recently sprung up and you can attend it reaching it in 15 minutes by car.
What to do in Val d'Orcia
...For off-road enthusiasts, we are in contact with a club that organizes adventure Jeep excursions by reservation. Very interesting to visit in the area poggi del sasso the Benedictine Monastery of Siloe.
Practically the guesthouse is immersed in nature in the open countryside, but at the same time we can take advantage of all the comforts that the village offers us with its businesses without having to move by car: we can eat very well at the Osteria Caffè S. Angelo or at the Ristorante Il Marrucheto or at the Bar Orcia, buy a good wine at our Enoteca Calice Divino and find in the other stores, even if small, everything we may need to satisfy our needs.
Perhaps this is why so many tourists prefer us to the farmhouse, perhaps beautiful, but lost in the countryside miles and miles away from the town.
